"Let me recognize the problem so it can be solved."
Meditation: Twice, for 10-15 minutes, find a space in your mind that is free from problems. "Entertain some doubt about the reality of your version of what your problems are."
Your seemingly complicated array of problems are hiding the truth that you have only one problem - which is the separation away from love.
Feel your annoyance with circumstances that do not go your way. See how you withdraw from anything that does not match your ego's interests.
Sense into what it would feel like to experience the very same circumstance without viewing it as a problem. Feel the freedom of this imagined no-problem state.
Throughout the day, practice viewing all of your problems as one problem. Say, "Let me recognize this problem so it can be solved."
On a daily basis, you might feel bombarded with different problems of seemingly varying kinds. Problems will keep you in a perpetual state of anxiety.
In truth, your logical mind loves problems to solve because they keep you distracted away from healing your core emotional pain. Yet, when you realize that your only problem is feeling separate from love, you will discover the solution to all things.
It is also important to know that you cannot solve your problems if you think they are caused by someone outside of yourself. The sooner you can admit to your inner child's need for others to love you more than you love yourself, the sooner you can turn inward to heal.
You will only have "problems" when you think you have to be "saved" by someone else. Today's lesson encourages you to look within for the solution to your problems. Once you connect to your indwelling capacity for self-love, all problems will be handled in an inspired way.
